Friday we spent the morning playing with some friends and had a low key afternoon. This little diva is starting to give me a run for my money! Good thing she is so adorable! :)
We grabbed dinner together as a family at Logans before coming home to relax before a big Saturday.
We had plans to be gone in the evening, so the kids were going to be with Casey & Kevin. The surprised the kids and came early to pick them up and take them on a train ride to see the Easter Bunny.
The boys had a great time!
Then they did some farm chores with Kevin - they both love it!
I spent my kid free time cleaning, doing laundry, relaxing and enjoying a date afternoon with my husband. :) It sure was perfect!!
We had dinner with friends and headed to GL Casino to celebrate some friends turning 30! We had a great time, but didn't win any money....
Sunday we spent the afternoon celebrating Wesleigh's 5th Birthday! Hard to believe shes 5 already!

The boys had a lot of fun bowling this year, I can see that we will probably be going bowling sometimes again soon!
Evie had fun sitting up and watching everyone and all the excitement!
These two are best buds! :) So Adorable!
We came home for a late nap, had dinner and a relaxing evening together. After having a babysitter every weekend in March, we are looking forward to a quieter April!!
(no offense, Case, I just love being home with my babies too!)

We had another busy weekend this weekend, though less busy than the last.
As I mentioned last week, I cannot leave Harrison unsupervised for even short periods of time anymore, so I thought while getting ready Friday morning I would let him (them) play in the tub in my bathroom.
Even under supervision, he is a stinker!
We spent the morning playing outside and then had a lunch playdate with some friends. Evie actually got to have some girl time with Hadley and Emma. So fun!
Friday evening we attended the Wild Game Dinner at the F&G club with friends. Jake won himself a pretty cool shirt...and lots of money. The rest of us weren't so lucky but still had fun!
The kids had another fun and awesome night with Casey. Beauty Girl just loves her Kiki already! :)

Saturday afternoon we took advantage of the sunshine and took a walk to Helder Park Trails and played at the playground for a bit. The kids loved being outside and being able to run free!

Sis loved the walk too, but it was a little windy. That makes her a little huffy! ;)
fun playing together...I love a good swing once in a while...and Bentley and I had fun giggling together when our tummies were tickled from going so high!
Sunday we went to church, for the first time in months! It felt so good to be back! :)
I cant lie, I had a little too much fun getting Evie all dolled up too!
After church we had a kinda major meltdown, so we snuggled for most of the afternoon. Just what sundays are for!!

March always seems to be a busy month for us...not sure if its the spring fever, or just big events, but we had another busy weekend...and two more to come before we finish out the month!

Friday morn Evie greeted me with big smiles after sleeping a solid 12 hours. :) She is such a princess, I cannot get enough!
The boys LOVE giving her all the lovins when she wakes up, so they asked for a pic, mid bottle. Thank goodness she is such a trooper!
Friday night I went out with the bitts to celebrate Heidi's upcoming nuptials. Always a good time with these girls...too many laughs and too much wine.
Saturday morning the guys were a part of their first parade, with their Peterbilt. They pulled a float for Suburban Inns in the St. Patrick's Day parade downtown Holland.
So fun to have such a great partnership with such a wonderful and fun company!
Saturday night we celebrated a cousin and his wife as they got married. It was a gorgeous wedding, and always fun to be together with family!

While we were gone, the boys got spoiled and went to Craig's Cruisers with Casey and Kevin. They even got some cool prizes with all their tickets! :)
Then they got treated to their favorite, Culvers, for dinner. We are beyond blessed and thankful that we have two such amazing people that care for our kids when we are gone. Even little Evie has won Kevin's heart. :)
Sunday was spent much like this:
The boys and I ran some errands and then in the evening we spent some time with my parents before they went back to Florida. Little chubbs had fun hanging out with her brothers and boy cousins.
She sure makes it hard to get up on Monday mornings, when she is snoozing away in our bed all sweet and snuggly.
But we did get up, and we had a super fun and productive day enjoying the sunshine!

Three months old.

Evie Girl -
You are a quarter of a year old already! Time is just flying by as you grow up before our eyes!
Some big things have changed for you this month.
You are smiling back at us, when we talk to you. You LOVE to be talked to, and sometimes you smile so big, your little eyes close. It is just precious. You are also slowly starting to find your voice, and once in a while will share a good story!
You also are sleeping through the night. You started this on our trip to Florida (which was also your first vacation, peanut!) and have kept it up since. Depending on the night you sleep anywhere from 10-12 hours. It has been wonderful to have you on some sort of schedule, and it has been even more wonderful to get a full nights sleep again! :) You are just the best, princess.
You are starting to grab for things and really figure out your hands these last few weeks. My hair, and your blankies are two of your favorite things to have handfuls of.

You are wearing size one diapers, and size 3 month clothes. I can squeeze you into a few 0-3 months clothes occasionally, but mostly 3 month now. It's still too much fun being able to buy pink; im not sure the novelty will ever wear off for me! :)

You are eating 6 ounces every 4 hours or so. Sleeping all night messed up my milk supply so I've been doing some pumping and bottle feeding, along with some supplementing to ensure you stay full and to try and get my supply back up there. You do still nurse once in a while too.

When you are awake, you are generally happy. The only times you really fuss are when you are tired, or if your headband falls over your eyes. That usually results in a small meltdown, but you calm easily. You are very resilient to your brothers yelling, playing and banging around you...you sleep through it the majority of the time. But a plastic bag, or the noise of Velcro (like on your swaddle) will wake you out of a dead sleep.

We are so excited to watch you continue to grow, and to interact with your brothers. We love you so much, princess. it still doesn't seem real some days that you are ours!

We spent another relaxing Friday night at home. Life is starting to get busy again with Daddy's work season upon us...so we like to take advantage of all the time we have with him right now, as we know it will soon become scarce.
Saturday morning Harry went to work on the new digger with Daddy and I went to my moms for a bit. Just love having her home!
Saturday night we went out for dinner with some friends. Sunday was another relaxing day at home...followed by an afternoon tour to the state park to check out the ice. The boys loved climbing all the ice and checking things out!
Evie was a trooper and stayed warm while asleep in the baby Bjorn.

We've started big girl baths with her. She is still indifferent about bath time. But Sunday night was extra scary when she was joined by a gator. Thanks, big brothers. ;)
We are looking forward to the warm spring weather, and getting outside! :)
