For a few years in a row now, we have been able to spend time together in Grand Haven for the CG fest with just the two of us and friends. This year was the same story.
We enjoyed dinner outside at a brewery with some friends.

again, the fireworks didn't disappoint.
if you are local and have never seen the fireworks for the festival, you are truly missing out.
each year they out do themselves and it is honestly one of the best firework displays we have ever seen.
this year the grand finale ended in a heart.

There are only a few things better than getting a night out with my husband.
One is knowing that our boys are in good hands and being loved uncontrollably.
the second is picking them up the next morning to be told you were missed.
being home together again make my heart full.
i am one blessed mommy.
after some serious snuggling, naps and dinner we climbed mt. pisgah.
we had never done this before, and we had so much fun!
bentley climbed all the way up and all the way down - he loved it!
Harry climbed here and there but was carried most of the way!
we loved checking out the view and enjoying God's gorgeous creation. What a beautiful harbor we live in!
