thursday night we had a family reunion.
the kids had a blast playing with all their cousins on the inflatable obstacle courses and bounce houses!
friday we slept in and relaxed.
Bentley got my chair ready for me to watch them play in the sandbox and then turned and announced,
"here you go, baby!"
{he does listen when I talk! ha!}
friday night we got together with some friends and played a golf scramble.
i love being able to do things with my husband that he loves.
im not much of a golfer (as you can see I dont even have my own clubs)
but i love spending time with him. && laughing together.
because a lot of that happens when I golf.
all the mommas!
so blessed by all these women and truly thankful for them all!
I was super spoiled saturday am and started the day with a mani and pedi with my bestie.
it was great to not have to shout over our kids while we chatted!
then we headed downtown to farmer's market, did some sidewalk sale-ing and grabbed lunch at froggys.
we had great company, too!
needless to say we had naptime, which was long (yay!) and then made dinner and rented our first redbox movie.
we made a big bed/pile on the living room floor and snuggled in together.
Sunday we went to church and headed to the marina for dinner and the day on the boat.
these three were in their glory!
it didn't take harrison long to get comfortable. :)
Bentley and I enjoyed the freezing cold water, for a short time.
and then some clouds rolled in, followed by rain.
so we relaxed under cover, which was just fine by me!
we are gearing up for a {busy} & {fun} week this week, trying to fit in all the last things "summer", before we start to focus on school. Its so sad to think summer is almost gone already!!
We are looking forward to school though, and starting a new chapter in Bentley's life with him.
....bittersweet for this mama....
